Our phones are monitored in Summer (March - September) between 10am and 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday. In the Winter (October - February) between 10am and 3pm, Thursday to Saturday.
Current bookings can be cancelled or amended by following the links in your original booking confirmation email.

Where do we get the Water Taxi form
The Puffin Water Taxis depart from Exmouth Marina on the hour from the Visitors Pontoon just outside The Point Bar & Grill, EX8 1XA. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking as we depart promptly on the hour.
Where to park in Exmouth?
- Pier Head Car Park - EX8 1ER - 1 minute walk
- Camperdown Terrace Car Park - EX8 1EJ - 5 minute walk
- Imperial Road Car Park - EX8 1BY - 15 minute walk
We suggest you put at least 3.5 hours time on your car park ticket.
Exmouth in the summer months can get very busy so please check for live traffic updates before starting your journey to us, leaving plenty of time for holiday traffic and road works etc.

Did you know the restaurant has a booking office and shop in Exmouth Marina?
We stock a wide range of local spirits that feature on the menu including our own River Exe Café Gin. River Exe Café gift vouchers can also be bought and used in our shop so you can stop by before or after your trip to stock up on your favourites!
The shop is open during the Summer months (March- September) Tuesday to Sunday 10am-5pm and in Winter (October - February) Thursday to Saturday 10am-3pm.
